Responsibilities:
- Resolve labor disputes and manage workplace relations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and workplace regulations.
- Represent the company in negotiations, mediations, and dispute resolution processes.
- Foster strong relationships with local government, community members, and tenants.
- Assist tenants in hiring local talent.
- Build and maintain a positive relationship between employees and management.
- Implement employee engagement programs and handle conflict resolution.
- Provide guidance on workplace ethics, company policies, and procedures.
- Manage employee records, contracts, and required documentation.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee offboarding processes.
- Assist in the administration of payroll and employee benefits.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- At least 1–2 years in Industrial Relations, Employee Relations, or HR.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
