Job Description
- Managing the recruitment and arrange labour according to company needs.
- Handle BPJS TK (Employee Social Security) and BPJS KES
- Manage Absen, payroll and create slips/reports for the company and employees.
- Resolving employment problems internally and externally, Responsible for industrial relations which also includes disputes between employees, internal communications, employee relations, complaints, termination of employment.
- Able to prepare KPIs & handle employee discipline.
- Responsible for generalist HR operational activities.
- Manage and maintain the work environment. Such as building rental payments, company official vehicles, building utilities, company facilities, waste.
- Manage activities to fulfill the company’s legal aspects, review business contracts and all necessary permits.
Qualification :
- Maximum age 45 years
- Minimum education: Bachelor of Psychology, Laws or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years experience in the same position & HR
- Well knowledge about the legal and regulatory frame work of foreign workers.
- Accustomed to doing all administration in HR (attendance, overtime, BPJS, etc.)
- Can work individually and in a team
