QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health, Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience as HSE staff.
- Familiarity with HSE regulations and standards (local, national, and international standards)
- Experience in risk assessment, compliance auditing, accident investigation, and incident reporting.
- Ability to conduct K3 safety audits and inspections.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) to train staff and communicate HSE policies.
- Proficient in risk assessment and hazard identification.
- Ability to prepare safety reports and provide recommendations.
- Knowledge of environmental regulations and sustainability practices.
- Experience with emergency response planning and accident investigation.
- Have certificate related to HSE, K3, etc.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conducting risk assessments and implementing HSE policies.
- Ensuring that all legal and regulatory requirements are met.
- Monitoring workplace conditions and ensuring a safe working environment.
- Providing safety training for employees.
- Investigating incidents and accidents, and suggesting improvements.
- Reviewing and updating emergency response plans.
- Assisting with the implementation of sustainability initiatives.
