Job Description:
- Plan, organize, direct and coordinate daily operations of wood manufacturing plant (PPIC, Production, Maintenance and QA)
- Oversee overall production activities to ensure quality and efficiency targets are met
- Responsible for wood production output, product quality and on-time shipping
- Manage plant financials such as budgets, purchasing, capital, etc. to meet/exceed business expectations.
- Responsible for implementing a cost-effective preventative maintenance program to maintain production equipment in an efficient, safe operating, manner.
- Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets
- Leads new initiatives as assigned, includes productivity, efficiency and certification compliance
Job Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering with 10 years proven experience working in plant and operations with leadership capability
- Experience in handling plant commissioning is a must.
- Excellent understanding of wood manufacture regulatory requirements for operating plants
- Have knowledge & troubleshooting for production machinery
- Strong aptitude in problem solving analysis and troubleshooting operational issues
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and technology
- Willing to be placed in Boyolali
