What you will do:
- Plan, control, and evaluate the fulfillment of HR needs in the area according to company requirements.
- Control and evaluate the implementation of the employee competency-based HR development system in the area.
- Monitor the accuracy of the HRIS database to ensure employee data is always up to date.
- Implement & ensure human resources policies, manage employee relations, ensure compliance with local labor laws, and create a positive work environment.
- Control and evaluate the management system of facilities and infrastructure to ensure the smooth operation of activities.
- Implement and ensure the Management System in the company complies with applicable regulations.
What you need:
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Law, Psychology, Management, Industrial Engineering or any related field with a minimum GPA of 3.00
- Experience as HCBP/HRBP at least 4 years
- Strong understanding of industrial relations, legal systems, HR Generalist functions, recruitment & development
- Certified Human Resource Management/ Professional is preferred
- Good communication skill
