Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Your Role 
Being Learning & Development Coordinator, your day will be primarily focused on: 
- Analyze the organization’s learning needs to create learning and development programs tailored to Earthworm Foundation – Indonesia 
- Design blended learning solutions and implement digital tools to create flexible and innovative learning programs 
- Apply adult learning theories within a range of learning interventions, including technical, behavioral and leadership programs 
- Drive continuous professional development, mentoring and coaching culture in the organization 
- Plan, oversee, and implement all training programs, onboarding and Staff Development Program in the country and 
- Measure the effectiveness of the initiatives and derive recommendations for future learning and development programs
 
Your Profile

You have a genuine commitment to manage and implement a range of learning initiatives, including technical, behavioral and leadership programs. 
Your knowledge combined with a demonstrated experience in facilitating learning interventions and a coaching culture in the organization, makes you a trusted partner to the staff.
