Job Description :
Sourcing workforce with a powerful and sustainable kick off strategy
Hosting and participating in job fairs
Design employee recruitment procedures
Create and publish job ads in various portals
Collecting, screening, and selecting applications
Prepare recruitment tools
Maintaining a database for potential future hires
Requirements :
Have a minimum of 2 years experience in the field of recruitment
Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology
Able to organize assessment centers such as IQ Tests, Psychological Tests, Academic Potential, assessment centre tools (will be an advantage)
Familiarity with job portals (Job street, Linkedin, etc.)
Proficiency in English and fluent in Mandarin are advantages
