Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Job Description:
- Developing, configuring, and optimizing the injection mold process from inception through to start-up and certification.
- Monitoring and commissioning mold handover (from Engineering to production) by following mold handover guidelines
- Developing best practices, routines, and innovative solutions to improve production rates and output quality.
- Work closely with the Injection Mold Engineering Team to give design reviews and improve existing mold.
- Managing mold issues and solutions.
- Assessing processes, taking measurements, and interpreting data.
- Designing, running, testing, and upgrading systems and processes.
- Performing risk assessments.
- Optimizing and standardizing of the product requirements and processes.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Have experience for at least three years in Injection Molding area/mold specialist (Mold process, mold systems, mold flow, shrinkage analysis).
- Able to analyze statistical data and track injection molding issues and come up with solutions.
- Able to manage team to achieve goals, improvements, activities engagement (production process and quality)
- Have the ability to use CAD/CAM (Solidwork or OnShape)
- Know process-related standards and health-safety regulations.
- Have good analytical thinking and interpersonal skills.
- Have good communication skills in English, both oral and written.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Salatiga.
