Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Female candidates only
- Weekly Monitoring Domestic Sales Report of Files, Drill, Hand Tools & Power Tools for Domestic
- Aging monitoring order for both Export & Domestic and to coordinate with production department for dispatch plan
- To send customer complaint (Export and Domestic) to QC department
- To make Internal memo for any discount required, SRO, any dispute happen with customer
- To make monthly sales report for domestic and export in excel sheet.
- Order booking for domestic and export, preparing the order confirmation and proforma invoice and send it to export customer.
- To Coordinate with Logistic team for shipping document to be confirmed with export customer
- Price Increase calculation for domestic and ensure to inform to customers
- To create a new item in the NAV System in coordination with concern dept and IT Dept and ensure the same is uploaded in to the NAV System
-   NPS completion in coordination with sales team
