Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Job Responsibilities:
- As a team leader monitor whole Export, Import, IT Inventory, and other logistics operations
- Be responsible for team daily management
- Nominated logistics supplier daily management and communication
- Be responsible for the pilot run of a new logistics project
- As an internal contact window to other related departments
- Push and monitor the working flow to be sure to follow the custom rules
- Build good relations with Customs and Exim activities to keep things running smoothly
 
- Competencies:
- Major in Logistics/International or any field
- Relevant working experience in bag manufacture or garment more than 3 years
- Experience working related functions in manufacturer
- Good optional solutions providing and problem-solving ability
- Cross-culture communication skills, coordination ability, and teamwork spirit
- Able to be a leader in a big team
- Excellent communication and liaison skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English is a must
- Be experienced in the bounded factory.
- Willing to be placed in Jepara, Central Java
