We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team towards achieving our sales targets and expanding our customer base. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, coaching the sales team, and managing sales operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive sales growth in a competitive market.
 
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales objectives, providing training and mentoring as needed.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Analyze sales data and reports to determine sales potential, inventory requirements, and customer preferences.
- Collaborate with marketing to ensure brand consistency and increase sales.
- Set individual sales targets with the sales team, track sales goals, and report results as necessary.
- Oversee the activity and performance of the sales team.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit.
- Ensure the sales team adheres to company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.
 
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
- Ability to work within a fast-paced and competitive environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and an understanding of agile culture is a plus, indicating flexibility and adaptability in sales strategies and operations.
