PT Ungaran Sari Garments is one of the largest garment manufacturers and exporters, with a total capacity to produce and export 50 million pieces per annum. We specialize in casual wear, formal wear, active sportswear and technical garments, and strive to provide exceptional quality to our customers.
 
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and experience implementing them in a manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with industrial engineering software (i.e. AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other simulation software), and basic knowledge and implementation of computer systems and software application programs (i.e. MS Excel, MS words, Power Point)
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze, evaluate, and develop solutions to problems autonomously
- Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience leading small projects & statistical analysis is a plus
- No minimum experience required, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
