Deskripsi Pekerjaan
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise daily business operations of PT Wisata Sapta Pesona in several areas
- Set budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure profitability of each area.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies
- Coordinate with other departments within the company to ensure effective operations
- Review reports from each area in managing business operations
- Strive for cooperation with third parties and be responsible for all agreements with vendors
- Evaluate employee performance and productivity
- Create reports and give presentations.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree
- Maximum 45 years
- Has 5 years experience of managing multiple properties and supervising GM-level
- Experience in managing Hospitality / Restaurant / Theme Parks
- Has strong business acumen
- Good analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
