Job Descriptions :
- Responsible for kitchen operational
- Make sure all S.O.P are well implemented
- Maintain food cost
- Maintain quality control of food product
- Maintain good relationship with all internal team
- Do monthly report ( stock opname)
- Planning kitchen agenda
- Coordinate with Outlet Manager to achieve revenue
- Have experince in kitchen with same position min 1 year ( Western cuisine background )
- Strong leadership, discipline & high motivation
- Mastering food costing
- Have basic knowledge about food safety / HACCP
- Tersedia jam fleksibel
- Diperlukan 1 tahun pengalaman kerja yang relevan untuk posisi ini
