Requirements: 
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing Management with Minimum GPA 3.00 out of 4.00.
- Minimum age of 35 years old.
- Minimum having 5 years experience in Marketing or 3 years experience in Sales.
- Willing to be placed in Semarang, Central Java.
 
Job Description:
- Develop and evaluate targets and all work programs in Bukit Semarang Jaya Metro Marketing (Sales, Promotions & Events, Product Research & Development, Billing, and After Sales) to achieve targets.
- Create marketing concepts that can increase the overall value of the Unit’s products.
- Analyze and evaluate competitor data and housing business development data.
- Develop and control all Unit budgets.
- Perform duties in managing the team.
