We require a Time Study Engineer, who will review and analyse personnel and work procedures to determine the time-and-motion requirements of production work in our furniture factory.  The engineer will collect, generate and analyse work study data and the specification and operation of equipment to establish production methods and time standards.  The engineer will apply mathematical analysis to determine the validity and reliability of sampling and work study figures.  The engineer will apply the principles of industrial engineering and applied psychology to evaluate work methods and times to produce recommendations to management.
