We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Manager to join our esteemed pharmaceutical manufacturing company located in Semarang. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and maintaining our QC Laboratory, ensuring compliance with GMP requirements, regulations, and company policies. They will oversee all Quality Control activities to ensure regulatory compliance and inspection readiness. 
Responsibilities include:
- Setting up and maintaining the QC Laboratory (including Microbiological Laboratory) in accordance with GMP requirements, regulation, and company policies.
- Ensuring adherence to quality practices and international standards such as GMP, GDP, ISO, PIC/S, etc.
- Maintaining all Quality Control activities in a constant state of regulatory compliance and inspection readiness.
- Managing the monitoring and control of approval or rejection of starting material, packaging materials, intermediates, bulk, and finished products.
- Conducting necessary testing, evaluating associated records, approving specifications, sampling instructions, test methods, and other quality control procedures.
- Managing regulatory and customer audits, providing timely and accurate responses.
- Participating in management reviews of process performance, product quality, and the Quality Management System.
- Continually reviewing and improving Quality Control activities’ operational support and efficiency.
- Ensuring effective communication and escalation processes exist to raise quality issues to appropriate levels of management.
- Performing any other related duties as assigned by immediate superiors.
Qualifications:
- Pharmacist degree with Pharmacist practitioner license.
- Prior experience of 5 to 7 years in Quality Control Laboratory and/or minimum 3 -5 years supervisory or managerial role preferred.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
- Self-driven attitude, problem solver, and skilled in coordination.
- Ability to work independently.
