About The Company:
- The working venue is in Semarang.
- Our client is a Forwarding company. Currently, they are looking for Mandarin Speaker Import/Export CS Staff.
Job Responsibilities:
- Mainly handle Import export CS work for Chinese customer 
- Help manage current customer accounts.
- Deal with a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls.
- Maintain relationships with carriers and customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service to customers and carriers.
- Solve customer and carrier problems and help resolve issues.
- Provide shipment quotes for customers and set up shipments as required by customers.
- Handle EXIM work
- Other related tasks as assigned
Job Requirement:
- Minimum College Diploma.
- Has forwarding experience in Import/export and Costumer Service.
- Business level Mandarin and English.
- A Person can stay in Semarang.
- Maximum age is 30 years old.
