Job Summary:
As an E-Commerce Manager, will handle the promotion and operation of online shopping platforms. The duties include managing accounts, planning content, and analyzing market trends. We prefer candidates with a Bachelor’s degree and experience in e-commerce. Should understand how these platforms work and have strong communication skills. Being responsible and data-driven is crucial for this role.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the operation and promotion of e-commerce channels (Shopee, Tokopedia, etc.), particularly including store sales, live broadcast operations, marketing activities, advertising investment flow, content operation, and other sectors.
- Account management, content planning, live broadcast arrangement, operational promotion, and other work from the above platforms, combing and optimizing SOPs.
- Related platform docking procurement, product shelves, pricing, promotion activity guidelines, page reflection.
- Conduct market research and analysis, and study industry peers. Regular market development, market forecasts, and intelligence analysis, to provide a basis for company e-commerce decision-making.
 
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, with a preference for e-commerce brand manager roles.
- Proven experience at least 4 years in e-commerce management or related roles, with a track record of successful campaigns or projects.
- Understanding of basic operations, operation, trading modes, and promotion rules of e-commerce platforms, understanding all types of promotion activities, advertising planning, and promotional marketing within the platform Rich experience in user experience, product descriptions, and other detailed operations is preferred.
- Deep insight and understanding of the e-commerce industry, strong business planning abilities, and communication skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility, accountable for goals, adept at reviewing and data-driven, can continuously accelerate and optimize processes and methods of work.
