Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets within assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for growth and take proactive measures to capitalize on them
- Conduct market research and provide feedback to the management team on customer preferences, competitor activities, and industry trends
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to the management team
- Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve their targets
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and materials
- Homebase in Semarang
 
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Area Sales Manager or similar role in non-FMCG, building material, and manufacturing industries
- Having a minimum of at least 1 years of experience in the related field is required and 5 years of experience in supervisor
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage and motivate a sales team
- Knowledge of sales strategies and techniques
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- Willingness to travel frequently within assigned territory
