OrderOnline.id is a Social Commerce Enabler that provides a web-based app (an online store) and a management platform for online businesses and SMEs, enabling them to effectively and efficiently operate their online businesses. #SemuaBisaJualanOnline, reflects our commitment to empowering and assisting all online businesses in Indonesia to operate their businesses with an end-to-end solution.
 
Responsibilities
1. Develop and expand marketing targets by selling/serving company products to potential customers (Customer Acquisition).
2. Offer product delivery services to customers (Activation).
3. Providing services to customers who have used the company’s product services (Customer Maintenance).
4. Offer company products back to customers who do not renew their services (Renewal).
5. Arrange visits or meetings with customers to explain the company’s products and explain the company’s delivery features.
6. Receive complaints and input from customers, and collaborate with other divisions to solve customer problems.
7. Monitor deliveries and coordinate with related divisions to ensure all shipments are processed and delivered on time.
 
Qualifications
1. D3/S1 Marketing Management/Logistics Management/Business Administration.
2. Minimum 1 year as Sales/Marketing/Business Development/Account Executive/Key Account.
3. Experienced in logistic industry.
4. Can operate a PC/laptop well
5. Able to use Ms. Office, especially Ms. Excel/Spreadsheets
6. Able to explain the Company’s Product Knowledge
7. Having a very good sales negotiation.
8. Understanding the target market.
