Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Store Visits: Conducting routine visits to a minimum of 14 offline stores and 40 online stores daily according to the established call plan.
- Effective Call : Ensuring that the effectiveness targets are met, which include visiting 14 offline stores and 25 online stores per day.
- New Store Acquisition: Acquiring at least 3 new stores each day to expand market reach.
- Store Reactivation: Reactivating a minimum of 3 stores daily to boost activity and transactions.
- Store Maintenance: Maintaining and ensuring that visited stores remain active and operational.
- Communication Management: Managing WhatsApp groups for Partners at levels 3
- 5 to ensure effective communication and support.
- Training and Development: Conducting online training sessions twice a week to provide guidance and development to partners.
Requirements: 1. Required minimum education is S1 2. Experience in Field Sales / Marketing is preferred 3. Have strong and good leadership skills 4. Have a Smartphone and be used to using Digital Applications 5. Have a good strategic plan and communication 6. Must like field work with high motivation 7. Must have a private vehicle and control the local city area 8. Strong and creative in networking and collaborating
