– Reporting line directly to City Sales Manager
– Collaborate with City Ops Team, City Growth, & Marketing Team to execute merchant operational excellent, Best campaign strategy, & Marketing strategy
– Leading a team of Account Managers to manage top merchants and in charge of merchant allocation for his/her team
– Responsible for managing each team’s call plan & monitoring & also day to day things to do + review D+1 on morning briefing
– Make plans on how to achieve target for each AM with clear instruction based on data
– Be responsible for team performance and in charge of guiding the team growth
– Back up AM with dealing on Hard dealing merchant & give solution on how to pitching and convince merchant
– Regular role play to be done especially when facing new changes & need to be refreshed on how the role play can ensure correct action was taken when AM was infield
– Give insight on how the result of ongoing campaign and to suggest / give feedback on how to make it better & proposing campaign that can do better than existing / additional
– Convey feedback / complain from merchants & AM & act as 2st layer of problem solver for the merchant
– Make sure all AM’s Portfolio participate on campaign in order to achieve the topline target
– Be responsible to understand all ongoing campaign and do random checking to ensure AM understanding
– Rechecking visit / call list that was executed by AM to make sure all call plan made & also monitoring update is realtime and accurate
– Act as business consultant for AM & hard dealing merchant supposedly if AM can’t handle the merchant & think of better sollution that can be given at the moment
– Make sure of AM’s merchant outstanding to be paid
– Make sure all of central initiative / Project can be executed well infield & give insight on the feedback from field / team
– Good Manner
