Value-adding Roles
- Track, monitor, and or drive Enterprise Business key initiatives/special projects and action items into implementation and closure
- Contribute in analysing current processes in Enterprise Business and generating idea for improvement
Primary Responsibilities
- Track and monitor strategic or key initiatives/projects across functions
- Create project status update report or dashboard
- Directly manage or involved as team member in special projects
- Track, monitor, and follow up action items or issues for closure by engaging with related stakeholders
- Analyse existing current practice (related with business process, project management, or PMO governance) and identify opportunity for improvement
- Support ad-hoc request, such as: involve in organizing committee, creating presentation deck, desk-research, etc.
Minimum Requirements
- Formal Education: S1, preferably management or any engineering major
- Certification: CAPM or PMP (preferably)
- Years of Experience: min. 2 years, Telco/ICT background (preferably)
- Required Technical Capabilities: Project management, PMO, business process, Visio, PowerPoint, Excel
- Required Non-Technical Capabilities: negotiation, self-starter, communication, interpersonal skills, persuasive, resilient
