As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accountant Team Leader to join our dynamic finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead and manage the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
– Oversee the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and cash flow management.
– Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards.
– Review and analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations to management.
– Coordinate the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
– Manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including accountspayable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
– Support the Finance Manager in implementing financial strategies and controlling costs.
– Mentor and develop the accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
Qualifications:
– Bachelors degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
– Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
– Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations.
– Proficient in accounting software (experience with QuickBooks is a plus).
– Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
– Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
– Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
