Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Polygroup Manufaktur Indonesia, located in Kawasan Industri Kendal, is looking for professional to fill in the above 3 opening positions.
Responsibility:
Clerk 1:
- Performing month end closing in SAP, including tax preparations and reporting.
- Conduct tax reconcile and assure that all transactions follow tax regulations and comply with Tax Audits
- Prepare financial statement and manage balance sheet. 
Clerk 2:
- Prepare payment reports and getting approval from HQ for payments via corporate appointed bank.
- Create fixed assets code and the report, Check PR/PO/ TAX Invoice compliance process and run depreciation in SAP.
- Complete filing and record all invoice and payment proves related with Tax Holiday.
- Assure all transaction is included in the SAP
Clerk 3:
- Post AP Transactions to SAP, including local and import)
- Create AR, control & prepare inventory report, input bank payment in SAP
-  Complete filing and record all invoice and payment proves related with Tax Holiday.
- Conduct bank reconciliation.
 
Requirements:
- Minimum of bachelor of Accounting/ Finance
- Having 2 – 3 years experience in the same field.
- Familiar with SAP, TAX and Reportings
- Ms Office literate
- Willing to work in Kabupaten Kendal.
