About The Company:
- The working venue is in Kendal, Central Java.
- Our client is a Multinational Manufacturing company. Currently, they are looking for Accounting (FAT & Costing) Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the accounting team, supervise and improve performance.
- Ensure accuracy and review of financial reports and journals.
- Oversee cost accounting, expense management, and cost analysis.
- Calculate company costs (management, production, etc.), record detailed expenditures, analyze costs, identify issues, and propose solutions.
- Regularly prepare cost analysis reports, providing insights and recommendations for management decisions.
- Allocate monthly expenses, coordinate with production and sales on work-in-progress and finished products, and report on discrepancies for accurate cost allocation.
- Manage accounting and control of company costs, set cost budgets, and determine expected profit.
- Assist various departments with cost accounting and issue cost, expense, and planning indicators.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- Business-level English proficiency.
- Min. 6 years of experience in manufacturing handling Accounting, Finance, Tax including Cost Accounting, with at least 3 years in Managerial level, managing a team
- Able to use Accounting Software (Accurate, SAP or similar)
- Excellent communication, analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
