Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- Has minimum 3 years working experience as accounting and tax manager.
- Strong expertise in taxation, prefer has Brevet certificates.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in SAP.
- Willingness to be located in Magelang.
Job Description:
- Oversee accurate recording of all financial transactions and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Generate financial reports such as balance sheets and income statements for business insights and decision-making.
- Evaluate financial data to identify trends and discrepancies, supporting performance assessments and strategic planning.
- Create and implement tax plans to optimize the company’s tax position, ensuring compliance with current tax laws.
- Maintain internal controls and monitor adherence to tax regulations and company policies to prevent non-compliance.
- Work with other departments to collect financial data and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Provide documentation and support for internal and external audits, addressing findings and recommendations.
- Stay updated on industry practices to recommend and implement enhancements in financial management and reporting.
