Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA or equivalent professional certification preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
- Experience in the electric vehicle or automotive industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Willing to be placed in Head Office, Cental Jakarta and available for business trips outside the city
- Can join as soon as possible
Job Description :
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the consolidation of financial reports for multiple business units.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Analyze variances between actual and budgeted figures.
- Provide insights and recommendations for cost control and revenue enhancement.
- Oversee the processing of accounts payable and receivable.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate payment terms.
- Monitor and reconcile inventory accounts.
- Ensure accurate inventory valuation and reporting.
- Coordinate with operations to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns.
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of accounting software.
