Deskripsi Pekerjaan
· Greets individuals entering the building (e.g. visitors, parents, students, vendors, etc.) and directs them to appropriate personnel and or location.
· Greets and answers the telephone for the purpose of screening calls, transferring calls, responding to inquiries.
· Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
· Explaining to parents about what the center provides for the students.
· Answer questions and address complaints.
· Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.
· Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them.
· Check, sort and forward emails.
· Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
· Keep updated records and files.
· Take up other duties as assigned such as:
ü Arranging the students’ schedule.
ü Receiving the students’ fee payment and give a proof of payment.
ü Informing parents about the updated program .
ü Helping the teacher typing documents or worksheet when necessary.
ü Create a digital marketing via instagram or whatsapp.
Requirements and skills
· Familiarity with office machines (e.g. printer etc.)
· Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping
· Proficient in English (oral and written)
· Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
· Able to do digital marketing
· Strong communication and people skills
· Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
· Problem-solving skills
· Customer service orientation
