Job Summary :
Assisting sub-branch accounting as well as finance functions, especially in handling work related to account receivables.
General Responsibilities :
- Perform cash banking and record transactions on time.
- Manage cash and file all transaction documents (eg bank slips, deposit slips).
- Support the preparation of daily and monthly financial reports.
- Follow up customer bills, both current month and arrears.
- Make monthly accounts receivable reports.
- Create an AR reconciliation.
- Examine and verify the completeness of documents related to the company’s financial transactions (receipts).
Job Requirements:
- Have at least a Diploma-3 degree, majoring in Accounting.
- Fresh graduate with related studies are welcomed to apply.
- Maximum age 35 years.
- Proficient with MS Office and MS Excel (Vlookup, IF, SUM IF, PIVOT).
- Work experience as Cashier in FMCG / Distribution Company at least 1 year.
- Have good communication skills, agile, fast learner, creative problem solver, attention to detail, and good interpersonal skills.
- Already vaccinated 1,2 and 3.
