Qualifications & experience
 
- Having a minimum 2 years of experience as admin staff
- Have basic knowledge about Indonesian labor law
- Must be fluent in English
- Preference will be given to those who can speak Madarin/chinese
- Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate ideas clearly and flawlessly
- A proactive team player with a desire to learn, help, support, and be collaborative
- Tech-savvy and computer-literate (Ms. Office, Ms. Teams, internet, email, social media, wechat app etc.)
- Preferably living in the Semarang area
 
 
 
Tasks & responsibilities
 
- Responsible for maintaining and managing the daily office operation system.
- Responsible for office logistical support work.
- Responsible for daily attendance in the office.
- Before the establishment of the human resources department, establish initial personnel management systems and fulfill personnel management responsibilities.
- Handle external reception work for the company.
- Organize regular and irregular internal collective activities within the company.
- Assist the general manager in handling external administrative affairs.
- Handle other related affairs in accordance with the company’s administrative management system.
