Qualifications & experience
- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with local employees, management, and coordinate cross-departmental collaboration.
- Fluent in spoken and written Chinese to facilitate effective communication and coordination with the Chinese team.
- Prior experience in administrative management or related fields is preferred.
- Possess outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Preferably having education of minimum bachelor’s degree in related field.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Responsible for administrative management, including day-to-day operations and management of employee dormitories and cafeteria.
- Assist in handling employee work permit applications and effective Communication and coordination with local government authorities and relevant agencies for issuing visas, KITA’s and others related to WNA employment.
- Manage the security team to ensure safety and order both within and outside the factory premises.
