Job Description
- Handling customer’s complain and give information related cruise / tour package product
- Make reports on customer complaints and follow-up actions to solve the problem
Requirement
- Have experience working on a cruise ship / travel & tour company
- Educational Background Min D3/S1 all literature, High School graduate are welcome to apply
- Fluent in English
- Willing to work in shift arrangement
- Willing to be placed in Semarang
- Ready to join as soon as possible
