Job Description

• Handling customer’s complain and give information by Inbound &amp Live Chat
• Make reports on customer complaints and follow-up actions to solve the problem.

Requirement

• Educational Background Min D3 all literature
• Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
• Active and Good communication in English
• Have certificate for english Toefl or IELTS min level B2 (please attach your certificate)
• Willing to work on shifting
• Willing to place in Semarang
• Can join as soon as possible
