Job Responsibilities:
 
- Responsible for the entire production department’s work plan, personnel management, and skills training
- Abnormal problem feedback, mention, timely solution to problems in production
- Coordinate communication and cooperation between departments
- Training core skills personnel.
 
Job Requirements:
 
- Willing to be placed in Korrun, India
- Able to speak English/Hindi
- Proficient sewing skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Understanding of the garment process, production, and personnel group lineup
- Understand lean production
- Meticulous and rigorous work, strong execution.
