Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture engineering / Diploma or a related discipline.
- Has experience in previous site inspection experience.
- Min 5 years of experience working in the field of architectural supervising.
- Ability in handling complex building Landed/Highrise and supporting facility e.g. WTP, WWTP, Pump House etc.
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations, experience with building material and work procedure.
- Active in English both oral and written.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Able to operate computer software e.g. Ms. Office application, 2D AutoCAD etc.
Roles & Responsibility:
- Assume responsibility of the inspection of civil / architectural works in the project.
- Monitor performance of the contractor / sub-contractor, identify and raise any quality issue.
- Workmanship concerns with the SQE / RE.
- Review quality procedures and effectively implement QA/QC plans across the project.
- Carry out, witness all tests carried out by the contractor on-site and off-site tests.
- Inspect the works, on-site material, off-site material to be used in the project.
- Review the Contractor’s Inspection Test plan and review all QA/QC documentation.
- Inspect the works carried out by the contractor(s) and ensure the quality of the works meets the project requirements.
- Identify potential safety concerns and inform the contractor (s).
- Implement the site supervision quality procedures, and review submission requirements of the project, along with the contractor.
- Ensure that all statutory authority NOC’s / permits / design approvals are available on site for construction.
- Inspect the works carried out by the contractor(s) and ensure the quality of the works meets the project requirements.
- Review and assist the project team to compile all documents at handing-over for submission to the Client.
