Description
- Lead and control the implementation of strategy and collection activities across branches.
- Monitor branch collection performance and cost efficiencies.
- Responsible for achieving collection targets across branches.
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as Collection and Recovery Supervisor role in financial institutions
- Must have excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills, strong math skills. And good training skills.
- Good management skills with the ability to make decisions in tough circumstances.
- Demonstrate a high level of ethical commitment and trustworthiness.
- Have a network of Agency Collectors.
