Job Description:
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company standards. Monitor performance, address issues promptly, and collaborate with store managers on improvements.
- Performance Management: Set and achieve sales and performance targets for stores. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, customer engagement, and market expansion.
- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop store managers and teams. Provide training, coaching, and address performance issues.
- Strategic Analysis: Analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges. Use insights to adjust store strategies and product offerings.
- Customer Experience: Ensure consistent high-quality customer service across all stores. Maintain company standards for cleanliness, safety, and presentation.
- Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels to avoid overstocking or stockouts. Ensure product availability and conduct regular inventory checks.
