JOB SUMMARY: 
-  Accountability on sales and profitability target of assigned territory
- Support company market share gain activities including identifying and prospecting new business opportunities, gathering market intelligence, reporting competitors’ movement, recommending counter-actions
- Manage and build on relationships with contacts to ensure positivity at all times
- Regular reporting to the head of sales as assigned
- Responsible for conducting presentation/training/troubleshooting to OEM/distributors, end users, and joint calls with distributor personnel
 
EXPERIENCE, REQUIREMENTS, AND SKILLS:
-  Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a business or engineering discipline
- Language : Fluent in English
- Experience: Prior experience in selling industrial transmission and conveyor beltings to the end user market with 5 years working in MNC organizations
- CRM system knowledge preferred
- Able to work  independently with minimum supervision
- Sound strategic mind, promptness/reliability/integrity are essential, along with superior
