Job Description:
- Control, monitoring, and develop sales
- Oversee and develop promoter by implementing training, coaching, and counselling promoter
- Manage merchant relation and development
- Create promotion in Semarang area
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Required skill(s): leadership, negotiation, marketing, social media, and handle team
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Sales-Financial Services (Insurance, Unit Trust, etc) or equivalent
