JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for business growth and achievement of sales objectives within targeted profitability at designated Food Service Central Java area. Be accountable of all activities and P&L within scope.
- Ensure best-in-class execution of food service customer activities. Implement strict control of order taking, delivery and customer engagement. Ensure full scope implementation of sales & distribution routines.
- Pilot, adapt and roll-out Route-To-Market initiatives. Take full leadership of execution and change management.
- Contribute to build and lead implementation of Kraft Heinz distributor management strategy: set-up, standardized practices, control & monitoring, performance evaluation, strategic business reviews, system and organization capability development, including termination of non-performing entities.
- Lead implementation of Food Service Strategies on each sub-channel food service customer (HORECA end user and HORECA food supplier).
- Accountable of sales forecasts and supply chain synchronization within scope.
- Inspire, develop, manage and lead team. Review and drive team performance, grow and retain top talents.
- Ensure distributor financial compliance, provide regular reports and market/competitors monitoring.
 
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in any major
- 3-year experience in Sales Field especially in Food Service (Horeca)
- Strong in analytical thinking, data-driven, and advanced in Microsoft Office
- Strong leadership & collaboration skills
- Personal attributes: agility, curiosity, positivity, enthusiasm, passion for improving and proactive, love the challenging situation
- Willing to work with very high mobility
- Flexible in terms of working location
- Have experience handling several areas in Central Java
- Willing to be placed in Semarang
