Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Law, Master’s/Postgraduate in Notary Law will be an advantage
- Required languages: Indonesian, English
- Minimum 8 Years of working experience in related field is required for this position.
- Strong character, highly responsible, and experienced in communicating with government and related stakeholders.
- Required skills: Legal Drafting, PPAT Knowledge, Correspondence, Negotiation & Lobbying, Executive Liaison, Presentation
Job description:
- Organize, conduct and assist in monitoring the implementation of legal activities
- Review legal aspects related to licensing in OSS, Environmental Documents (UKL/UPL, RKL/RPL) and Completely Understand PPJB and AJB
- Coordinate with other departments related to legal issues
- Create drafts, addendums, or other documents according to company needs
- Check documents upon request from other departments.
- Monitor and document legal issues.
- Monitor company asset documents
