PT Polygroup Manufaktur Indonesia is seeking a highly qualified professional to join our team as an assistant HR manager. In this pivotal role, you will oversee HR operations, ensuring efficient execution of tasks while providing leadership and guidance to your team.
Responsibilities:
- To provide a full spectrum of HR functions, including but not limited to recruitment, C&B, staff retention, performance management, training & development
- Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business strategies, monitoring overall HR systems, procedures, and strategic implementation throughout the organization
- Participate in the recruitment, selection & interview, employment contracts, onboarding and off-boarding formalities
- Developing strategic planning on manpower, training, staff cost and budgeting, manpower planning, recruitment, HR compliance, training and development, employment Visa applications, etc.
- Ensure all HR management in the organization is in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
- Plan and organize timely and accurate preparation of HR regulatory reports
- Provide strategic and professional advice on HR-related issues
- Ensure good communication with internal and external Stakeholder
- Perform an ad-hoc task as assigned.
Requirement:
- Master Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 5+ years of working experience in a senior supervisory role in the HR field and preferably working in a global manufacturer with over 2,000 employees.
- Solid understanding of Indonesian labour laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent English proficiency in both verbal and written.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and familiarity with SAP is a plus.
- Strong analytical, detail-oriented, interpersonal and good problem-solving skills
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Supervisor
