- Graduate from Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Management, or any relevant major
- Preferably experienced 1 year in the garment industry (area sewing will be better)
- Able to think systematically
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Minimum GPA 3.00
- Willing to work with the team and individually
- Fluent in English, both oral and written
