Job Descriptions :
- Responsible for installing and configuring the operating system.
- Providing hardware technical support.
- Coordinating with vendors for fault resolution.
- Procuring IT equipment.
- Troubleshooting network connectivity.
- Managing IT asset inventory.
 
Job Requirements :
- A degree or diploma in Informatics or Computer Engineering.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position within a computer environment.
- Proven ability to handle hardware, software issues, and networking problems related to work.
- Deep knowledge of operating systems, current equipment and technologies, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, and system performance monitoring tools.
- Good communication in English.
- Excellent coordination skills, result-oriented and interpersonal skills.
