Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Production Management:
- Speak english is a must
- Plan, organize, and coordinate the hair extension manufacturing process from raw materials to finished products.
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer orders and deadlines.
- Monitor production progress, identify bottlenecks or issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with the purchasing department to ensure availability of raw materials and optimize inventory levels.
Quality Assurance:
- Develop and maintain quality control processes and standards to ensure consistent production of high-quality hair extensions.
- Conduct regular quality inspections, implement quality improvement initiatives, and monitor compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Management 
- Supervise and train production staff to ensure adherence to manufacturing processes, safety standards, and quality control protocols.
- Set performance goals, provide regular feedback and evaluations, and identify areas for skills development.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Create spreadsheet such as: inventory, breakdown cost, invoice with excel microsoft 
- Collaborate with the Bali luxury hair team on WhatsApp for frequent update and resolving inquiries for order
