Polygroup Manufaktur Indonesia, located in Kawasan Industri Kendal is looking for professional to fill in the above positions.
 
Assistant Manager, Operations, reporting to GM, provides managerial support to factory management level in leading/ following up production projects, act on behalf of management level to assure all departmental adhoc tasks agreed by GM. 
 
The general responsibility covers:
- 100% completion of agreed tasked planned by GM and factory management level.
- Act as the representative of GM to factory management level to assure tasks are followed up and completed in approved schedule.
 
To hold the position you must have:
- A bachelor’s degree in any management or related university
- Able to communicate in English. Having capability in communicating in Mandarin is a strong plus.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in project management.
- Proficient in relevant software, i.e., SAP, MsOffice, etc.
- Ability to do fast learning and adjustment.
