Job Description:
- Ensure Compliance, Risk management, and Governance.
- Ensure compliance with all cargo security as well as operational procedures.
- Provide guidance to develop subordinates to ensure the correct fit with the organization’s culture, values, policies and procedures in performing their day-to-day tasks.
- Need to achieve and maintain the internal /External KPI related to the operation to support the revenue target.
- Ensure that the operations are carried out within the given cost budget for assigned operations. 
- Vendors negotiation, maintain relationship with vendors & provide vendors evaluation review.
- Maintain a positive relationship with customers by providing the required services in a timely and an efficient manner.
- Resolve any issues in relation to customer deliveries and get actively involved in providing solutions to customers.
-  Prepare the performance review report in regular basis for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Business proficient English skills is mandatory.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification in Transport & Logistics / Supply Chain Management or relevant field. Relevant Professional Qualifications such as CPLM, CTPAT training, etc., will be a plus point.
- At least 5 years of overall experience related to the industry.
- Required Skill(s): TMS, Computer Literate, Good interpersonal & analytical Skills, Ability to Multi-Task.
- Age maximum 35 years old.
