Qualifications & experience
- 1. Familiar with the operation and management of restaurants, with a sense of teamwork and professionalism
- 2. Have strong organizational, management, and coordination skills and a sense of service
- 3. Have a strong interest in the catering industry and be able to adapt to shift work and high-speed work Rhythm
- 4. Those with excellent comprehensive qualities can be qualified for restaurant manager and above positions after short-term training
- 5. Work hard and can bear greater work pressure.
Tasks & responsibilities
- 1. Responsible for the management of the front office to ensure the normal operation of the restaurant business
- 2. Responsible for the implementation of the department’s service specifications and work procedures
- 3. Responsible for the management of front office equipment and property, and strictly control material consumption and costs.
- 4. Responsible for on-the-job training of front office staff, and continuously improve the professional quality of all employees
- 5. Communicate with the kitchen at any time to ensure dishes quality, properly handle customer complaints, and improve customer relations
- 6. Complete other tasks assigned by leaders.
